The Lagos state government has a plan to recruit 1,000 secondary school teachers into the state’s post-primary teaching service.
The Chairman, Lagos State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Mrs. Olabisi Ariyo, made this known in her office on Friday, November 8.
She stressed the commitment of the state governor, Babajide Sanwoolu to ensure that the standard of secondary school education in the state is in tandem with 21st-century global educational standard.
Ariyo further invited qualified Nigerians, who are resident in Lagos, to visit the recruitment portal at tescomjobs.lagosstate.gov.ng for details of application procedures.
She disclosed that the portal would be opened from Wednesday, November 13 to November 20, adding that it was an opportunity for all interested teachers in Lagos to apply.
